Construction manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Construction Workerager will create reports for the operations and capital budget team, implement new construction policies, oversee the development and integration of new construction technologies and will be responsible for communicating construction requirements to the project team and working closely with the maintenance team. The ideal candidate for this position has at least seven years' experience in a managerial role in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage a construction project from beginning to end.
- Ensure that the quality and cost of the construction site matches the client specifications.
- Establish a schedule for builders and work to meet deadlines.
- Manage construction workers.
- Order materials for and supervise the building of buildings.
- Be able to follow safety regulations and build in an environmentally friendly way.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
