CAD Designer

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic CAD Engineer to work at our new manufacturing facility based at our site in Speke, Liverpool. This will be a key role at our newly commissioned manufacturing facility.

As a CAD Engineer you will work independently designing and specifying luxury wooden lodges in line with company brand and imagery guidelines. There are four core lodge designs (two and three bedrooms) plus multiple ‘add-ons’ and ‘bolt-ons’.

Responsibilities:

· Design new and modified products to meet client and site specifications.

· Where possible ensuring sustainable materials are used within the design of the lodges.

· Project managing and liaising closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that the end product matches the design and high standards.

· Generating product information and branding graphics

Requirements:

As a CAD Designer you will use a variety of skills during daily duties. A successful candidate will have various prerequisite skill and qualifications, that include:

· An excellent command of CAD, ideally using AutoCAD software

· Experience and understanding of the critical nature of communication between manufacturing and CAD team

· The ability to work independently and manage and delivery projects in a timely manner

· Excellent communication skills

· A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
