Autism Support Worker
Role Overview & Responsibilities
AK Teaching are seeking several Support Workers to join our team. You will be working within one of our partner schools in Sunderland with students who have Autism and Moderate Learning Disabilities.
The students are aged 2-19 years old so you need to be comfortable working across both primary and secondary ages. The role is Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, no weekends or school holidays.
Working within our SEND schools is extremely challenging yet so rewarding at the same time. No two days are the same and you will most definitely be kept busy!
Competitive pay based on experience.
DBS on the update service is needed, if you don't have one you will need to be in a position to get one.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 11 months
Salary: £80.00-£90.00 per day

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
