Coffee barista

Alessio's is looking for a barista to work in our busy café based in Kirkintilloch.

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Proficient in latte art and milk texturing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to multitask under pressure

Duties will include:

• Working independently on the coffee machine
• Producing up to 200 coffees per shift in busy periods
• Cleaning at the end of each shift
• Serving customers
• Cash handling and till work
