Health Care Assistant

The hours we have available are early morning and/or evening availability with alternate weekends. We currently cover Poole, Broadstone, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne, Ferndown, Canford Heath, Creekmoor.

Your role would include supporting clients with tasks such as:

• Light cleaning

• Laundry

• Shopping

• Meal preparation

• Medication

• Personal care - getting dressed, washing, bathing and toileting

• Accompanying our clients to attend their medical appointments, day centres and social
