What you will enjoy doing
Junior Plant Engineer
Golborne Location (WA3) – Adhoc travel required to other UK locations
Monday to Friday - Salaried circa £40,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits & Progression
Purpose
Support the UK plant engineering and maintenance department in delivery of projects across ALPLA UK sites – Reporting to Regional Plant Infrastructure and Engineering Manager
Tasks & responsibilities: (Not limited to)
- Implement 3D design of plant and infrastructure projects – utilising software applications such as AutoCAD
- Create tenders for infrastructure projects
- Management of contractors for project installations – supporting project managers.
- Supporting ISO50001 energy management data analysis and projects
- Supporting development of maintenance management software
- Commit to continuous professional development through training and mentoring from senior management
What makes you great
Education / Experience:
- Minimum HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience working in industry, various backgrounds/environments considered
- Strong experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
