JOB DESCRIPTION

Find and Negotiate Properties at a discount Below Market Value.

Find Properties that are Off Market.

Find Properties where you can add value to them ie need refurbing, or can be developed and extended on.

Find Motivated Sellers ie people going through divorce, probate properties, people moving area, people in a chain, people struggling to sell their property, properties that are unmortgageable, etc etc

Liase and network with other property professionals.

Find Investors looking to buy properties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Graduate, Volunteer
Contract length: 60 months
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: £25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
