Job Description
Aramark Northern Europe is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Junior F&B Unit Manager to join the team at Thorpe Park. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into the F&B unit manager and you will assist in the responsibility for a number of food units across the park.

A day in the life of an Junior F&B Manager:
- Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service across multiple food units
- Maintain machines to ensure smooth production
- Induction & training of your team members
- Shift scheduling and rotas
- Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Purchase and control of inventory
- Ensure practice of health and safety regulations
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience in a F&B role managing multiple outlets
- Experience in high volume, quick service, fast food
- Hands on and highly organised
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings
