Warehouse Supervisor/ Food Store supervisor

Salary- £11.40 Per Hour 35 hours a week

Responsible to: The Kitchen Manager or General Manager in the absence of.

Responsible for: The management of stores area for Aramark contract catering at HMP Parc

Main responsibilities include:

Receipt and storage of deliveries. Cleanliness of storage areas. Training, supervising and delegation to staff and prisoners.

Must have license to drive Cat C (dependant on your age you may have grandfather rights due to passing test prior to 1994)

Duties/Responsibilities

• To check delivery notes and invoices for discrepancies.
• To manage staff and prisoners including rotas
• To deliver and collect buffet/refreshment trolleys.
• To rotate deliveries by use by/best before date.
• To complete delivery documentation as per HACCP regulations.
• To use a two way communication radio as per prison procedure.
• To adhere to Aramark policies and procedures
• To manage high standards of hygiene along with health and safety.
• To report broken equipment.
• To complete training and refresher training.
• To positively promote Aramark
• Ensure the locking of doors/cages/gates at all times.
• To be able to follow the disciplinary procedure when dealing with prisoners.
• Identify training needs for prisoners and action as appropriate.
• To be security conscience at all times.
• To deliver stock items to the staff restaurant, main kitchen and visits as required.
• To be flexible in providing overtime cover for other team members.
• To be able to perform under EHO and home office inspections.

Full vetting process is required and the applicant must be over 18 to work in the establishment.
