Role Overview & Responsibilities
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, reliable, compassionate individual with good organisation skills to join our small team working with the maternity bereavement service. This role is interesting and varied.
Helping with bereaved families on the labour ward, memory making, ensuring that the bereavement room is well stocked, organising follow up appointments for parents with their consultant, helping with audits, collating statistics and being part of a dedicated team with a commitment to delivering the best possible care.
Networking with multi-professional colleagues within and outside the trust. Liaise with mortuary and pathology services. Experience working with bereaved families is desirable.
Support and training will be given and commitment to your personal development.
