Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.

Who we are looking for:
We'd like you to join our hardworking Retail Team as a Casual Retail Assistant, joining us to boost the team on matchdays across all our sports and teams and large events where the shop requires extra support. We’d love to hear from you if you’re a sports fan, but please note that you would be expected to work most home fixtures, as this is when we are at our busiest. There may also be shifts available during weekdays so flexibility would be great.
Our Team work in a very fast paced environment, so if you love being busy, this is the role for you!
Whilst retail experience isn’t necessary, we are ideally looking for someone who has at least a year working within retail, or alternatively within a customer facing environment.
What will you be doing ?
Approaching and helping customers on the shop floor, using the opportunity to delight our fans and upsell appropriate products.
Serving customers on our tills – processing card transactions, and ensuring a pleasant final customer experience with us as they leave the shop.
Preparing for matchdays – taking in and processing deliveries
Replenishing shop floor stock in a safe and efficient way.
Maintaining our Store Standards with stock display and cleanliness.
Assisting with e-commerce fulfilment as required.
