Oakley Wilsons is seeking a skilled Multi Tradesperson with proven experience in general property maintenance tasks to join our team. The position is based in South East London and North Kent, and the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, and have a friendly disposition.

Key skills required for this role include previous experience in property maintenance and expertise in at least 2 trades such as plumbing/electrical/wet trade/tiling/decorating. The successful candidate will work alongside a professional and welcoming team based in Bexley. They should also have the ability to work independently, be well-organized, and possess excellent time management skills. Additionally, good communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

The Multi Tradesperson will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance work, and must have experience using email to send photos of each job to the office. A full clean driving licence and the ability to pass a CRB check are also essential.

The working hours for this position are from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for emergency visits during unsociable hours (very rare occassion). The successful candidate will receive 20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays.

This is a full-time position, and the salary is dependent on experience, ranging between £27,000 - £30,000 per year. A company van will be available for work use.
