Project Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Working with the Senior Manager and Project Managers, liaising with both regional and local project business leads, technical teams and logistical team contacts where needed:

Creating launch project plans (liaising with the technical, business and logistical teams on deliverables, implementation and deadlines as needed).

Updating project plans and tracking tasks to completion, including sending deliverable reminders and following up with project contacts where required.
*
Monitoring project emails and subsequently updating project plans.
*
Capturing notes and actions from project related meetings, sending meeting follow up emails and updating project plans as needed.
*
Updating and maintaining the project tracking tools, liaising with the technical, local market and logistical team contacts as needed.
*
Communication:*
- Supporting with project related queries as required or directing to the appropriate contact if unable to resolve / additional input is needed.
- Support with the preparation of internal project status reports and meeting presentations for E&A markets.
*
Innovation:*
- Rather than innovation as such, this role requires good problem solving skills and a proactive, positive, solutions driven attitude.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
