Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. As the in-house expert of our products, the Product Specialist will be responsible for manual testing of new software releases, providing training and support to others, and interfacing with our sales and development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary in-house expert on the practical use of our products
  • Conduct manual testing of new software releases and physical devices
  • Collaborate with sales and other product specialists to share knowledge of new features
  • Provide training and support to others on the use of our products
  • Work with the documentation team to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Customer demos
  • Assist with release management
  • Troubleshoot and triage issues with the software development team
  • Occasional travel to partners and customers

  • Ability to effectively communicate with developers and technical teams

Education:

  • A STEM degree with a minimum 2.1 or first-class honours

  • Experience with manual testing and interacting with sales and customers
