About the Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team to deliver refurbished and new build projects on a Traditional or Design and Build basis as part of the Company’s continuing history in building. Reporting into the Contracts Manager and Directors, this role will be responsible for Construction Projects as part of a broader range of ongoing activities in construction, development and property investment.

In order to be successfully considered, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in this role, including house building. Knowledge of and compliance to Health & Safety, current Building Regulations, and ensuring good quality is essential. The successful candidate will ensure delivery of projects on time and to the required quality and standard.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring handover of projects on time and to the required quality and standard; maintaining good and accurate records; liaison with Architects and Clients; monitoring and reporting on the progress of building projects; co-ordinating, instructing and monitoring of subcontractors and the Professional Design Team, particularly on Design and Build Projects.
