Our current team profile:

Mix of people all over the world. 28 full time staff for 24 bedded residential care home. We use agencies only occasionally to let our staff not to struggle. We have staff parties. We have a great team working culture. Our leaders care about you and your family situations once your become part of us.

We would like to speak to you if you are a good person by heart and with/without experience.

We would like to welcome care assistants for days and nights. We would like to have the flexibility for full-time positions. We also welcome part-time and zero-hour contracts.

Your job role is to deliver "outstanding" care. You should be able to deliver over and beyond for our residents. You should make them happy with your approach and engagement.

Previous experience is not necessary but a positive attitude is essential. We will train you to become good at what you do, and supports your career progression as well.

Various shift patterns:

8 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 8 pm and 8 pm till 8 am. You will have to be flexible to do any shifts. Yes we are also considerate on individual circumstances.

What is involved in working as a care assistant?

• Support our residents with personal care
• Help with meals
• Assisting to walk
• Helping our residents to meet their continence needs
• Write the care notes in digital mobile devices
• Apply creams
• Bring happiness and a smile to your face
• Work as a part of the team
• Engage our residents with activities
• Attends staff meetings and training
• The list is not exhaustive

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
