Job description

Every year it manufactures more than 1.6 million units, leading the industry in both innovation and sustainability to suit a wide range of industries, from construction to security.
About the Role:
Blok ‘N’ Mesh continues to expand rapidly and we require a Welder, based at our facility in Pyle.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture steel fence components and gates
- MIG welding (is this correct?)
- Able to fabricate using all tools: saws, grinders, punch machines
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Able to use measuring equipment
- Ensure sound weld joints and good cosmetic finish.
- Sanding \ Grinding components or assemblies to remove splatter, and to ensure the optimal fit of components for onward finishing
- Monitor all welding processes and ensure absence of any shrinkage and distortion to materials.
- Any other reasonable duties
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Experience of fabrication / welding
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
