Dick Lovett Swindon is looking for a Paintshop Technician.

Your role

We are looking for a Paintshop Technician to join our team at Dick Lovett, based at our Smart Repair and Wheel Centre in the Depot and contribute to the dealership’s success. If you are trained to City and Guilds standards or equivalent, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset and ensure that you meet the high standards required by manufacturers and the Group.

Key responsibilities:

Undertake all vehicle painting tasks as distributed by the Bodyshop Manager including:

• Spraying of vehicles, both complete and panel work
• Filler work
• Masking
• Priming
• Topcoat
• Lacquering, polishing and finishing

Your profile

You must have served either a recognised apprenticeship and gained a technical qualification or trained to City and Guilds standard NVQ, ATA or equivalent.

• Experience in an official manufacturer would be beneficial but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
