Role Overview & Responsibilities
Rulin, established in 2010, is a company that aims to enhance English proficiency for professionals working in multinational corporations in China. Our esteemed clients include prominent companies such as Volkswagen, Audi, BOSCH, and Continental.
We are currently seeking 10 English tutors to join our expanding team. Both online and in-person positions are available.
Online Tutors:
- This is a self-employed, remote position with a pay rate of £25 per hour.
- Tutoring hours are typically between 4 AM to 1 PM UK time.
In-Person Tutors:
- A fully-furnished, free one-bedroom apartment within walking distance to the office will be provided in Changchun, the capital city of Jilin province.
- For those with families, larger accommodation will be arranged at no extra cost.
- Full-time permanent contract with 30 days of paid holidays per annum.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
- A Chinese work permit will be applied for without additional cost.
- A reimbursed flight to China after 12 months of service.
- Basic salary of 10,000 RMB (approximately £1,200) per month for working 12 hours per week.
- Overtime paid at £25 per hour, up to 18 hours per week.
- Working hours typically from 12 PM to 9 PM.
- With overtime, a gross salary of £3,500 per month can be expected for working 30 hours per week.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher obtained from a UK university or college.
- No previous teaching experience is required. Full training will be provided.
- A team player with a positive, respectful, adaptable, and flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
