Role Overview & Responsibilities
30 Hours per week
Glyn Cynffig is situated in Kenfig Hill, it is a well-established purpose built rehabilitation centre for people who experience mental health problems, mild to moderate learning difficulties and people who have issues resulting from substance misuse. You will contribute to the provision of a high quality service for those who live at Glyn Cynffig.
You must be committed and be prepared to undertake training to obtain QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You will have a flexible approach to work as you will be required to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
Applicants should note that a criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) will be necessary for the successful applicant.
