General Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, maintenance, and security to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Set and achieve budget goals for the hotel and ensure profitability by closely monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure they provide excellent service to guests and meet the hotel's standards and policies.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, employment, and licensing laws.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to attract new business.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
