Role Overview & Responsibilities
A M&E Planner is required for a tier 1 M&E contractor with a turnover in excess of £100m. Brookfield M&E are currently representing a London based M&E contractor who specialise in High End Residential and Commercial MEP projects throughout London and surrounding areas leisure and data centre projects throughout London and surrounding areas these projects can range in values from £10m – £60m M&E packages. We are looking for a knowledgeable M&E Planner to work on a large project in East London.
- Assisting the Project Teams
- Producing weekly reports on progress, delay and scheduled works
- Reporting to Operations Manager on weekly KPI’s, from design, procurement, installation
- Liaising with site teams
- Attending site meetings to discuss any issues and look ahead of projects
- Working with Engineers based on drawings provided
- Holding planning and progress meetings
- Monitoring and controlling the development and implementation of the programme
- Ensure planning and programs are on time
- Liaising with site teams
Offer/ Opportunity

- Starting on a large 72 month project
- Salary ranging from £65,000 - £80,000 + Package
- Benefits including car allowance up to £5000
