Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of home care workers. As a home care worker, you will provide essential support and care to individuals who are in need of assistance with their daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare and serve meals
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping duties
Requirements:
- A caring and empathetic personality
- Ability to work flexible hours and cover a range of shifts
- A valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A variety of shifts, must have weekend availability
- Must have own mode of transport.
