International Recruitment Consultant

BW1 Consultants Ltd is an exciting new company using innovative solutions to match international talents to employers in the UK. We provide bespoke services to SME employers all over the UK, to help them recruit highly skilled local and international talent:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• undertakes research into pay differentials, productivity and efficiency bonuses and other payments
• headhunts required talent for UK clients through international platforms
• understand the rules and procedures required for international workers
• develops latest recruitment policies, assists with their implementation, and drafts standards for recruitment
• assists with negotiations between management and employees or trades unions concerning pay and conditions of employment
• interviews candidates for jobs and specific occupations and posts
• screens candidates for jobs and specific occupations and posts
• perform background and security checks if needed
• Ensures correct training and up to date recruitment methods, negotiating procedures, salary agreements and other personnel and industrial relations issues
• deals with company grievance and disciplinary procedures, and with staff welfare and counselling provision.
• Experience in Middle East and South East Asia Market highly preferred.

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
