Junior Project Administrator
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Carbon Electric are an industrial, commercial and residential electrical contractor working with medium to large businesses throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth we a looking for a Junior Project Administrator to support the Projects Team. This post will focus on assisting in the delivery of projects on site and providing support and co-ordination of all aspects of projects and services.
Whilst some basic administration experience is required, the successful candidate would be trained in the specifics of this role and prior knowledge is not essential. We are looking for someone who is organised, can think logically and show initiative and work well in a team. The role is a great opportunity for someone to learn, grow and progress within the company.
The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of the following tasks and eventually perform them independently:
1. Setting up of small jobs and recurring maintenance on the system, arranging schedules, managing site records, updating job records, confirming information to clients.
2. Ordering materials, chasing orders, hiring plant, dealing with stock returns and warranties.
3. Basic office duties including answering the phone, greeting visitors, printing and folding drawings, diary management, dealing with post.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 per hour
