IT Cloud Technician
Role Overview & Responsibilities
£26-£35k DOE | Company Bonus | Shift Working (7am to 1am) | Remote
Our client, a leading technology business, has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join their team. As part of the role, the successful candidate will help migrate their customer's current services to the cloud.
Responsibilities include: -
- Supporting external clients across multi-faceted environments
- Helping with migrations of clients' services to the cloud
- Resolving both internal and external client incidents over the phone
Requirements include: -
- At least 1-year experience in an IT role with cloud experience, ideally Acronis
- Ability to work on an ‘on call’ rota - working from home on a shift rota which runs from 7am to 1am
