Coffee Shop Assistant

Charles Michie currently have a vacancy for a Coffee Shop Assistant to work in their busy Union Street Coffee Shop.

Full Time Position 8am start time.

(Part time hours negotiable but must work Mon-Fri from 8am and rotational Saturdays)

Duties include:

• Baking Scones daily.
• Preparing for readiness for opening hours and ensure seating areas are cleared before close
• Ensuring high levels of safety and hygiene are maintained and followed at all times
• Prepare and serve hot drinks when requested
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads and other snack foods as requested
• Serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Operating the till
• Clearing tables as and when needed
• Cleaning the kitchen and cafe area in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations

Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
