We are Click London, a property marketing company based in Hammersmith. We specialise in photographing properties around Central and South West London.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator to join the team in our hardworking, yet relaxed environment.

The company is owner-managed which ensures we go that extra mile to maintain a caring, long term relationship with our customers. We understand that we are, in many ways, an extension of our client's business and therefore we strive to be personable, courteous and professional when interacting with our clients.

Job Description

This role will see you taking on significant responsibilities, offering a fantastic opportunity for development, and to work independently. You will be working closely with the Director, Office Manager and Administrative Team, maintaining the internal database, taking bookings and generally getting stuck in. The role is a hybrid working role and you will split your time working from home and in our Hammersmith Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the internal CRM system and keeping it up to date
  • Managing bookings and assigning jobs to photographers to ensure their days run smoothly.
  • General Administrative tasks
  • Handling incoming phone calls and taking accurate, detailed messages where necessary
