Role Overview & Responsibilities
POSITION: Project Manager
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage Projects (15-20 annually-varies depending on size) from time of award to Close
- Review and Submit drawing and material submittals, and track approvals
-Develop RFI’s and/or and solutions for our clients
-Track changes in scope and submit Change Orders.
-Communicate effectively in and out of house for the success of your projects
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3 years experience managing Commercial Millwork projects
-Ability to multi-task and Attention to detail
-Ability to cooperate, collaborate, and work as a team
-Ability to plan, set priorities, and multi-task for multiple projects.
-Motivated self-starter & problem solving ability
-Ability to learn quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

- Project management: 1 year (Required)
