Human Resources Advisor

We are looking for a well-organised, highly motivated Human Resources Advisor join our team to be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive, pro-active HR service to managers and staff across the Trust. You will advise and assist with the full range of employee relations matters such as discipline, resolution, capability and absence management

In addition to having the qualifications, skills and expertise required in the person specification, we are looking for someone who shares our person-centred approach, works effectively within a busy team and has excellent communication skills.

You will be supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team and this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wishes to use the full range of HR skills and experience.

This is an agile role which, after a period of induction and training, will include home working and working across all Trust sites with the main base being at Darlington Memorial Hospital
