Industrial Electrician
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Covering a large area of the North East and Yorkshire. To work in the quarrying, asphalt, concrete and aggregate processing industry.
Applicants must have industrial experience. City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ / C Cert, and 18th Edition qualifications are essential. City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 preferred.
Daily duties will include electrical repair, maintenance and breakdown response. Will also be required to work on large installations and must work to a high level of Health and Safety. Applicants must be familiar with control circuits on a large scale. PLC experience will be an advantage. Applicants may also be required to work away from home occasionally to cover large scale installations around the country.
A works vehicle will be supplied, and any travelling time will be paid.
Will be required to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Working hours will vary but applicants must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Over time will be paid after these 40 hours.
