Team Member

We are looking to recruit part-time Team Members for our Creams Café in Newcastle upon Tyne.

We are looking for Team Members with high levels of energy to work together with the management team in driving the business forward.

You must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts that will including weekend shifts and late evening shifts. Previous experience of working within the customer service industry is preferable, we ask that you have an outgoing personality and love working in a guest-facing role.

The role:

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every Guest has a superb experience when visiting Creams and leaves wanting to return again and again.

Team Member responsibilities:

• Warm, friendly, and engaging while serving Guests
• Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
• Able to cope under pressure
• Demonstrates multitasking with ease
• Able to work as part of a team
• Provide outstanding guest service and be able to anticipate Guests’ needs and expectations
• Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate excellent food preparation skills
• Provide quality desserts and beverages to all Guests according to recipe and presentation standards
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and environment – full training for this is mandatory
