Culina Logistics are a market - leading food and drink 3PL specialist. This role is a permanent full-time contract – meaning a secure job even after Christmas!
We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our Tilbury team on a full time, permanent basis. No previous experience is needed and, on the job, training will be provided - even MHE training. We also offer a defined career progression path.
Shifts & Salary: Up to £20.26 per hour.
- 4 on 4 off days (06:00-18:00) - £12.47 ph (based on 42 hours)
- 4 on 4 off nights (18:00-06:00) - £13.51 ph (based on 42 hours)
- 1 hour Break Fully paid
- Overtime rate: 1.5x
- OT Days - £18.70
- OT Nights - £20.26
On top of these fantastic rates, we also Provide free transport to and from Tilbury Town station via a shuttle bus for any employees who travel via public transport
Job Description
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse with the use of MHE such as PPT
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Ideally have warehousing experience
- Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Experience using PPT or LLOP would be advantageous
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Conscientious and reliable nature
