Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a number of Full-Time permanent positions available within CNTW Central Locality In patient services. It presents an exciting and unique opportunity for those wishing to become Band 3 Nursing Assistants. Our services cover the Acute, Rehabilitation and Older people’s pathway.

Our services are currently based within the Campus of Ageing and Vitality site, Westgate Road, Newcastle and also St Nicholas Hospital Gosforth. However, there are plans to move the wards from the Campus of Ageing and Vitality site onto the St Nicholas Hospital by approximately Summer 2024.

The successful applicants will work within a multi-disciplinary team assisting in the development and implementation of collaborative, needs based care plans.

They will support the team in providing excellent and effective person centred nursing care as well as actively being involved in the health and well being of staff and service users.
