Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 based on 42 hours per week

Overview…

Experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead required to support an experienced CQC registered manager with the day to day running of a purpose-built nursing home near to the Oldham area of Lancashire.

This home is currently registered for 60 beds and is split into 3 units; nursing, dementia and younger adults with mental health needs.

The deputy nursing home manager will work a 50/50 split with 50% working on the floor and leading the nursing team, with the other 50% working supernumerary focusing on auditing, compliance, supervisions and other managerial tasks.

Location of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager role:

This role can be Rochdale, Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester, Prestwich, Bury, Radcliffe, Ramsbottom, Stalybridge, Hyde, Denton, Salford and surrounding areas.

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager Candidate:

· Must have experience of at least clinical lead level working.

· Must be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

· Must have sound CQC knowledge

· Must be passionate about quality care

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager Package:

· Up to a £50,000 salary
