Patient Care Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Patient Care Assistant to join our team here at Alver Vets!

This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week with 1:4 Saturdays.

This role will involve animal handling, assisting vets and nurses in restraining animals for treatment, cleaning, walking and feeding patients, general cleaning and maintenance duties, answering phone calls, reception cover, greeting clients and providing the highest standards of animal and customer care.

We are looking for someone who really cares about animals. Our ideal candidate will have had some experience with animals before, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a real team player.

The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
