Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning, energetic, and experienced team in the local area as a Lettings Negotiator.
This business has been operating as a lettings and management agency for over TWO decades.
Basic salary of £21,000 is on offer with achievable OTE of £40,000. You will receive 10% on deals, New Take Ons 15% (managed) 7.5% (Let Only)
Unbranded Company car (Audi A1) to take home and use and 20 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
Duties:
- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Hours of work are: Monday 9am -6pm, Tuesday 9am -6pm, Wednesday, 9am -6.30pm, Thursday 9am -6.30pm, Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday 10am -4pm (every other).
