Situated in our Grade II registered historic park sits our very popular South Park Café which offers visitors hot and cold drinks along with tasty snacks and sweet treats. We are looking for individuals to join the South Park Café team to provide additional cover at weekends as well as weekdays throughout the summer period and school holidays. Your duties will include: • Clearing Tables • Washing Up • Stocking up • Using the till to take orders and payments • The preparation of Barista style hot drinks • The preparation of hot sandwiches using a Merrychef Oven The successful candidate will understand the importance of excellent customer service and posses the enthusiasm to be proactive and work hard. Full training will be provided. Due to licensing laws the successful candidate must be 18 years old or over. As the South Park Café is managed by the Dolphin Centre Catering department there may also be opportunity to fulfil hours there too.
