What you will do:

• Deeply analyzing customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Rapidly developing impactful and elegant solutions to address specific challenges, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Thinking strategically about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots to create a cohesive and comprehensive solution.

• Taking full ownership of the product development cycle, from ideation and design to review, feedback, and testing, all the way through to release.

• Collaborating closely with our team of highly talented Product Designers and Engineers to bring your vision to life.

• Above all, being an integral part of our journey to redefine the way people work globally.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a scale-up or start-up setting.

• Demonstrated ability to be an independent and autonomous leader, driving complex projects forward and making informed decisions.

• Experience with complex compliance-related products, as our platform deals with intricacies and regulations associated with global payroll management.

• Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring that our platform delivers intuitive and visually appealing solutions.

• Location: EMEA or LATAM
