Derby County Football Club, established in 1884, is one of the founder members of the English Football League and has a rich and varied history, including two First Division titles in 1972 and 1975 and an FA Cup success in 1946. The club are currently playing in League One, the third tier of English Football, and is now under the management of recently appointed Head Coach Paul Warne. The club also boasts a successful and respected Category One Academy, a status which has been held since 2014. Exciting opportunities have become available within the Ticket Office at Derby County Football Club based at Pride Park Stadium.

We are looking to recruit several highly motivated individuals to join the team in providing excellent customer service within the Ticket Office. You will play a vital role in selling matchday tickets, both over the phone and face-to-face.

The successful candidates will enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic, hardworking, and be flexible to the requirements of the position and the business.

You will possess excellent communication skills, face-to-face and over the telephone, with a good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion. You will be resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-centred environment, flexible in your approach with an ability to think on your feet, problem solve and support your colleagues to achieve personal and collective goals together.

Basic computer skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or ticket sales environment is desirable, but full training on our in-house ticketing system will be provided to successful candidates.

Please note that successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and be available to work our home matchdays, typically weekends and evenings at a minimum, with additional work opportunities during the week to cover peak periods and ticketing campaigns.

The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour.
