We have an opportunity for two skilled, organised, motivated and team focused graduate psychologist to join our Torbay Core Teams and Psychological Therapies Team (PPT) here in Devon. We have two full time, fixed term (12 months) vacancies. They will work as part of the MDT with staff to offer psychologically informed care and to develop psychological formulations. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in service evaluation and audit. PPT comprises a small, friendly and supportive team of skilled Psychologists who provide specialist assessment, 1:1 and group based Psychological Interventions for the service users of the Adult Community Teams who present with moderate to severe mental health problems aged from 18 upwards. The Psychologists and Psychotherapists in the teams have a wide range of specialist skills and training including Integrative Therapy, MBT, DBT, CBT, CAT, Family Therapy, Art, Music and Drama Therapy and EMDR, and are very supportive of ongoing training and development for Assistant Psychologists.
The positions will be based in the Torbay area of Devon and will be a combination of home working and office based dependent on the needs of the role.
