- Are you a registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse or Occupational Therapist whose registration is lapsed, but want to return to practice?
- Can you use your skills and experience to help us deliver mental health and learning disability services that change and improve lives?
We are searching for experienced clinical registrants who would like to return to work in the NHS and re-register with the NMC or HCPC in the Devon area.
Successful applicants are required to meet with us prior to interview for an informal discussion about the requirements of the Return to Practice programme, and you may be asked to complete a short numeracy test and literacy exercise. Once these assessments have been completed your interview will be scheduled.
If successful with your application, you will begin to work with us immediately, under the supervision of a registered nurse/ Occupational Therapist and you will be enrolled into the soonest available course or training programme.
You will be supported by your clinical team and initially paid at band 3 until completion of your re-entry training. On successful completion of the Return to Practice Programme your post will automatically be converted to a Band 5 Staff Nurse/ Occupational Therapist role and you will receive your bonus (if applicable).
