Role Overview & Responsibilities
Here at Downeys fish and chips we are looking for Fryers to join our team at Barnes.Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail. The Fryer will be responsible for preparing fried foods according to the restaurant's recipes and specifications, ensuring that all food is cooked to the proper temperature and served in a timely manner. The successful candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Prepare food items according to customer orders.
- Monitor food quality and temperature of fryers.
- Clean and maintain fryers and other kitchen equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations when handling hot oil and other hazardous materials.
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature.
Must be flexible and reliable
Pay rates to be discussed upon interview
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
