Role Overview & Responsibilities
Drury 188-189 is an independent cafe created by two best friends from Hackney, Ali + Cemal.
We are seeking for experienced baristas to join us at our exciting branch in Covent Garden, on Drury Lane. You’ll be in the heart of Central London, located on the famous Drury Lane where clientele base will prominently be offices, tourist and student trade.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for speciality coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, competent and confident when making coffee including latte art skills and that will take pride in our independent traditions and be committed to building on our excellent reputation through great service and brilliant coffee.
