The job itself
Required from September 2023. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Teacher to work in the Foundation Stage to cover a maternity leave for one academic year.
You have the opportunity to join an established team, working in a village school which offers a friendly, family atmosphere. The successful candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the Foundation Stage Framework and be able to work effectively in a team. This is an opportunity to work in a well resourced school, where CPD is valued and encouraged.
Candidates must have the ability to plan and deliver stimulating teaching experiences in line with the EYFS framework, including phonics. You should also be able to demonstrate commitment to making a positive difference to the learning, confidence and development of our learners, and should be passionate about high quality teaching and learning across the curriculum. Flexibility and initiative are required in our village school, linked with the local church and community.
Visits to the school are welcomed.
