Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for Registered Adult Nurses to work within a community integrated team as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Full Time and Part Time hours considered - Please state your preference of hours on your application.
The service provides 24/7 nursing and therapeutic input to patients within their own homes with the aim of returning them to maximum independence, by actively promoting self-management on all activities of daily living.
You will support their peers and team leaders by being an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative. They will supervise pre-registration students. They will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively support and liaise with other health and social care professionals and agencies.
We are able to support applications from overseas candidates and arrangements to support those wanting to work in a community setting. Our division has a number of overseas staff members working for us who are able to offer a supportive network for international recruits.
