Job description
This role is specifically to work under our Lead Sound Technician, learning from their skill to assist in action assembly, stringing, voicing, regulating, tuning and other workshop tasks as required whilst the role develops.
A musical ear along with the desire to work with your hands in a manufacturing environment, is the main ingredient to success. The skills will be trained. This could suit someone who has just finished an education course and wants to develop in the world of music or someone that has been trained as a piano tuner but would like to develop further as an overall technician. Otherwise a background in music recording with a passion for practical work in a musical environment could also help ensure success in the role.
