What's in it for you?

You will receive a basic salary of £20k-£25k dependent upon experience plus an excellent commission structure going to 30% for placements with the clients you bring on! You will also have the security of knowing that this is an established agency with some impressive clients already on their books.

You will work with a fantastic team of talented consultants for a leading recruitment agency who work across several sectors! Due to the sheer amount of accounts they have generated and grown, they have a dedicated delivery/resource hub which can be used to support your desk. To join their established team and start earning some incredible commission.

What you'll be doing:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be given the opportunity to be fully trained and developed into a successful recruitment consultant. you will be taught how to manage your own desk and trained in developing business and client relationships as well as sourcing and headhunting quality candidates. You can select your vertical, specialism and your region and also pick up some warm business that would benefit from even more business development.
