Due to a booming order book Cinch have some fantastic opportunities to join their well-established team working in their bright and modern factory, founded in 1949, Bel designs, manufactures and markets a broad array of products that power, protect and connect electronic circuits.

The duties of a Assembly Operative:

You will working in a manufacturing environment in a bright clean environment, the majority of your day will be sitting down on your work station doing a variety of different duties which can be repetitive including:

• Assembling small products
• Using great attention to detail
• Prepping wires
• Testing the finished product
• Following diagrams to build the end product
• Packing the product
• Working to a high quality

The ideal candidate:

• Full training will be provided for the Assembly operative role, however a background in production/manufacturing would be advantageous
• You must have a great attention to detail and be happy working to a small scale
• There is an element of paperwork included in the role so you must be used to dealing with paperwork and be able to complete it to the correct standard

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday / 7.30am – 16.30pm
• Friday / 7.30am – 12.30pm

Pay Rate:

• £10.61 per hour (working 36.75 hours per week)
