Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're recruiting for a Line Chef to join us in our 2 AA Rosette seafood restaurant "Hook by Martin Burge" at the award-winning Fish Hotel.
We serve stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a luxurious rustic woodland setting on our 600 acre Cotswolds hillside – Farncombe Estate. It's the perfect place to breathe some fresh air into your career. Overseen by two-Michelin starred Culinary Director Martin Burge and working with a team of long-serving, hard working, friendly and organised chefs, you'll get to learn from the best.
We offer an excellent salary of £32,448 per year, plus service charge, taking your salary to up to around £35,500/£36,000 per year.
